I really like your page, but would like to see more pictures of personel. Past and present. Its really interesting to see the men and women that are rsking thier lives to protect us and our things. I admire EVERY one of you and have a very deep respect for you, and everything that you go through to keep us safe. Thank you again and GOD BLESS!! May God watch and protect you all.

As a former volunteer from the early 2000's I want to say what a job well done you guys have done. Since my "volunteer" days at Converse this FD has changed so much and for the better. I have known Chief Wendt for a long time, back when he was with Kirby. He is doing an awesome job with Converse, and I hope he continues for years to come. Converse is the reason why I have become an EMT myself along with a volunteer FF. You guys are awesome and I wish all of you guys the nothing but the best.

Chief Wendt,

What a great website and highly recommend citizens attend the Converse Citizens Fire Academy. It will give you first hand knowledge how the department operates on a day to day basis and use of their equipment. We should never take these men and women for granted and never get tired of telling than "thank you" for their dedication and service. Chief, I know how proud you are of your department. Thank you.........

Outstanding Site. If anyone is interested in attending the Converse Citizens Fire Academy please contact Ms. Nancy at Station 1. We would love to have you become a part of this. The class runs for 8 weeks and on Thursday Evenings at Station 2. Come on out and learn firsthand what our Fire Dept. does.
